The SKF TKBA 40 is a highly accurate laser alignment tool used for precisely aligning V-belt pulleys. Proper alignment increases the service life of belts and pulleys, reduces machine vibration, and lowers energy costs.

Key Features
  • Accurate groove alignment: Unlike tools that align based on the pulley's face, the TKBA 40 aligns based on the grooves. This allows for optimal alignment even with pulleys of different widths or faces.
  • Wide range of V-belts: Comes supplied with four sizes of V-guides, making it compatible with a wide range of V-belt pulleys.
  • Simplified process: The powerful magnets and V-guides allow for quick and easy attachment to the pulleys.
  • Extended operating distance: Can operate at distances up to 6 meters (20 feet).
  • Durable construction: The transmitter and receiver units are made of extruded aluminum.
  • Long battery life: Runs on two standard AAA alkaline batteries and offers up to 20 hours of continuous operation.
  • Optional accessory: A special side adapter, the TMEB A2, is available for aligning multi-ribbed and timing belt pulleys, as well as sprockets.
