How do I return an item(s)?
NCIEM gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*.
1.The product carries only the manufacturer’s warranty and will not accept return or exchange except as noted in the below terms.
2.Claims must be made through a written notice or emailed to [email protected]
3.Items must be returned along with the original invoice for any claims or returns.
4.Goods Purchased Cannot be returned or Replaced Unless it is Damaged or Mismatched from our end of supply, and while returning it should be in good saleable and unused condition, with original packaging, documents, parts & accessories.
5.Items must be returned within two days of item delivery if a damaged product is received.
6.Products damaged during the transit through customer arranged shipment will not be covered under warranty.
7.The customer is solely responsible for any damages (whatsoever) caused while using or as a result of using the item, and therefore, no indemnity shall be claimed except for the sold items as per the warranty terms mentioned above.
We make every effort to reply to all return requests on the same business day. Please note - if an item is returned without authorization, or contrary to the instructions provided, it may be refused or charged a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies within 2 days of delivery. Customer should immediately notify carrier of any visible damages upon delivery.
The full cost of the merchandise will be refunded if the item is returned in unopened/like new condition, within the designated period and with a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part.
