Return Window
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Return Reasons
- Product is damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction (provided the item is unused and in original condition)
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item and verifying its condition, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to unauthorized returns or items not meeting the return conditions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
