The Mitutoyo 118-120 Series 118 Sheet Metal Micrometer is a mechanical, imperial-unit micrometer used to measure the thickness of sheet metal, paper, plastic, and rubber, especially at a distance from the edge. Its extra-deep frame with a 6.3-inch throat allows for this extended reach. The device features spherical measuring faces on both the anvil and spindle to measure the wall thickness of curved workpieces.
