The Mastech MY61 is a manual ranging digital multimeter that can measure AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, and capacitance. As a manual ranging device, it requires the user to select the appropriate measurement range for each test. This is different from an auto-ranging multimeter, which automatically selects the correct range.

Key Features
  • Display: 1999 count LCD display with 32 ranges.
  • Power: Powered by a 9V battery.
  • Auto power-off: The meter shuts down automatically after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.
  • Data hold: Allows you to freeze the displayed reading on the screen.
  • Continuity test: Includes an audible buzzer to test for continuity.
  • Diode and hFE test: Provides a function for testing diodes and transistor gain (hFE).
  • Overload protection: Features a self-resetting fuse for full-function overload protection.
