The Chauvin Arnoux F201 is a True RMS (TRMS) AC digital clamp meter in the F200 series, which is designed for use on low-voltage, medium-power electrical installations. It features a fast 12-bit digital acquisition system, which ensures accurate measurements regardless of the signal's waveform. 

Key Features
  • Display: Backlit LCD with a 6,000-count resolution.
  • Jaw opening: 34 mm.
  • Automatic AC/DC detection: The meter automatically detects if the signal is AC or DC.
  • Durability: IP54-rated against dust and water splashes and drop-tested to 2 meters.
  • Safety rating: CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V. 
  • TrueInrush function: Measures the inrush current for motor startup phases.
  • Min/Max and Hold functions: Records the lowest and highest values and freezes the current reading on the display.
  • Ergonomics: Features a grooved dial and easy-to-use buttons for one-handed operation, even when wearing gloves.
  • Auto power off: A power-saving feature that turns off the meter after a period of inactivity.
