Description

The Testo 410-1 is a pocket-sized vane anemometer that measures air velocity and temperature. With its integrated, permanently installed 30 mm (or 40 mm, depending on the model) vane, it is ideal for quick spot checks at ventilation grilles and air outlets in HVAC systems. It can also be used outdoors to calculate the Beaufort wind force and wind chill.

Key Features
  • Vane anemometer: Equipped with a 30 mm vane, it is suitable for taking integral measurements at ventilation outlets. Some versions specify a 40 mm vane.
  • Dual measurement: Measures both air velocity and air temperature simultaneously.
  • Outdoor calculations: In addition to standard temperature and air velocity readings, it calculates the Beaufort wind force and the wind chill temperature, which is the perceived temperature due to wind-related cooling.
  • Statistical functions: The instrument can display the minimum and maximum values and performs single-point averaging to provide information on the average air velocity.
  • HOLD function: Allows the user to freeze the current measurement reading on the display for easy analysis.
  • Illuminated display: Ensures that readings are clearly visible, even in dark environments.
  • Practical design: Its compact, ergonomic shape and pocket size, along with a protective cap and wrist strap, make it easy to carry and operate securely.
