Key FeaturesHigh-precision resolution: The TES-1150 provides measurements with a resolution of 0.1dB. Wide measurement range: It can measure sound levels between 30 and 130dB. This is broken down into three sub-ranges (30-90dB, 45-110dB, and 65-130dB) for greater accuracy within a specific decibel range. Variable time weightings: You can choose between Fast, Slow, and Impulse time weightings. These settings determine how the meter responds to changes in sound levels. Peak and maximum hold: The meter includes a function to lock and display the maximum and peak sound levels captured during a measurement session. A-weighting is the most common and approximates how the human ear perceives loudness. C-weighting provides a flatter response to help assess noise from sources like engines or machinery. Z-weighting offers a flat, unweighted frequency response. |
