The Mitutoyo 552-302-10 Digimatic Carbon Fiber Caliper is a lightweight, durable, and highly precise measuring instrument. It is built with carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) in the beam and jaws, which reduces its overall weight by up to 50% compared to standard models. The caliper also features an IP66 protection level, making it resistant to dust and water splashes.

Features and benefits

  • Absolute (ABS) scale: The caliper has an ABSOLUTE linear scale that prevents overspeed errors and eliminates the need to set the origin point each time it is powered on.
  • LCD display: An easy-to-read LCD provides a direct digital readout of measurements. The display can also show inside diameter (ID) measurements, and the offset value can be set with the "Offset" button.
  • Multiple functions: The caliper includes several functions, such as Origin-set, Zero-setting, Presetting, Offsetting, Data hold, and Data output.
  • Expandable applications: The range of applications can be expanded with optional attachments.
  • Convenient storage: It is supplied in a fitted wooden case for protection.
