The Mitutoyo 543-858A ABSOLUTE Digimatic High Indicator ID-F is a precise digital indicator with a 0 to 2" (0 to 50.8 mm) measuring range and a backlit LCD screen. Its key feature is the ABSOLUTE linear encoder, which prevents over-speed errors and retains the origin point even after the power is turned off.

Key features 
  • Backlit LCD screen: The display changes from green to red for quick Go/No-Go judgments based on pre-set tolerance limits. It also has an analog bar to show the approach to upper and lower limits.
  • Resolution: Offers six user-selectable resolutions, with a maximum resolution of 0.00005".
  • Accuracy: Has an accuracy rating of \(\pm 0.00012^{\prime \prime }\).
  • Data output: Comes equipped with Statistical Process Control (SPC) data output capabilities for easier datamanagement.
  • Functions: Includes functions like Origin set/preset, Zero-set, Go/No-Go judgment, maximum/minimum value hold, and inch/mm conversion.
  • Sealed housing: Meets IP30 standards for protection against dust and water.Power: Can be powered by an AC adapter or a 9V battery.
