Description

The Mitutoyo 543-732B-02 is a 0-2" (0-50mm) Absolute Digital Indicator (ID-C type) with Statistical Process Control (SPC) output. This tool features an ABSOLUTE linear encoder that remembers its origin point even when the power is off, saving time on multi-point measurements.

• Absolute (ABS) measurement: This indicator uses a proprietary ABSOLUTE linear encoder that keeps track of its origin point. Once you set the origin, it's remembered even after power-off, eliminating the need to reset it every time you turn the tool on
• SPC output: The indicator is equipped with an SPC (Statistical Process Control) data output port, allowing you to connect it to a data processor or computer to manage and analyze measurement data.
• Large LCD display: The face features a large, easy-to-read LCD display with 11mm character height. The display can also rotate 330 degrees for improved visibility from various angles.
• Inch/mm conversion: You can switch between inch and metric units with the press of a button.Tolerance judgment: Upper and lower tolerance limits can be set to perform Go/No-Go testing
• Adjustable resolution: The resolution is selectable, with options such as 0.00005"/0.0001"/0.0005" and 0.001mm/0.01mm.
• Long battery life: The indicator operates on an SR-44 battery and has a long average battery life of approximately 7,000 hours under normal use.
• Calculation function: A calculation function (\(f(x)=Ax\)) allows the spindle reading to be multiplied by a constant.
