The Mitutoyo 536-105 is a metric vernier offset centerline caliper designed for measuring center-to-center distances of holes on both the same plane and on offset planes. It can also perform edge-to-center measurements.

Key features

  • easurement capability: Specially designed for measuring the distance from the center of one hole to the center of another, even if they are not on the same level.
  • Edge-to-center measurements: Can be used to measure the distance from an edge to the center of a hole.
  • Hole diameter range: Suitable for measuring hole diameters from 1.5 mm to 10 mm.
  • Scale: Features dual metric reading scales that are satin-chromed for clear, glare-free reading. The scales are also raised to prevent wear and damage to the graduations.
  • Durability: The caliper is constructed from hardened, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
  • Fine adjustment: A thumbwheel provides smooth control for fine adjustments of the sliding jaw.
  • Locking screw: Includes a clamping screw to hold the sliding jaw in position for accurate measurements.
