The Mitutoyo 511-521 is a high-precision ABSOLUTE Digimatic bore gauge designed for accurately measuring inside diameters. It features a digital LCD display and SPC (Statistical Process Control) data output for efficient data management.

• Measurement range: This gauge measures inside diameters from 1.8 to 4.0 inches (45 to 100 mm).High resolution: It offers a high resolution of \(0.00005^{\prime \prime }\) or \(0.001mm\), ensuring extremely precise readings
• Excellent accuracy: The bore gauge has a wide-range accuracy of ±\(0.00012^{\prime \prime }\) or ±\(0.003mm\).Absolute (ABS) encoder: The ABS linear encoder prevents over-speed errors and retains the origin point after powering off, so you don't have to set it every time you turn on the gauge.
• Minimum value hold: This function automatically holds the minimum value detected during measurement, which corresponds to the true hole diameter.
• Go/No-Go judgment: You can set upper and lower tolerance values, and the gauge's analog bar indicator will show a Go/No-Go judgment, which is useful for quality control.
• SPC data output: The gauge can connect to SPC systems via a data output function for real-time, automated data collection.
• Blind bore measurement: The design allows you to measure closer to the bottom of blind bore holes.
• Extension rods: Optional extension rods can be used to measure deeper holes, with a maximum length of up to 2m when using four extension rods.
• Dust and water resistance: The gauge is rated IP53 for protection against dust and dripping water when the connector cap is in place.
• Included components: It comes with a fitted wooden case, SR44 battery, a set of anvils, and interchangeable washers.
