The Mitutoyo 368-872 Holtest Inside Micrometer is a mechanical, three-point internal micrometer (bore gauge) with a measuring range of 3.0" to 3.5". It is part of the economical Type II series, featuring hardened alloy steel contact points.

  • Economical Design: Type II models offer the same accuracy as the titanium-coated Type I Holtests but at a lower price point due to the use of hardened alloy steel anvils.
  • Repeatable Measurements: Equipped with a ratchet stop mechanism to ensure a constant measuring force, providing repeatable results across different operators.
  • Blind Hole Measurement: The design allows for measurements to be taken closer to the bottom of blind bores.
  • Easy Reading: The scale on the thimble and sleeve is laser-etched for easier reading.
