Description

The Mitutoyo 201-112 Series 201 Dial Snap Gauge with a 275 to 300 mm range is used for the rapid "Go/No-Go" judgment of diameters on cylindrical and shaft-type workpieces. It features wide, flat carbide anvils with chamfered edges for easy insertion. A compatible dial indicator is sold separately.

• Adjustable measuring range: An adjustment nut is included to set the anvils to the required nominal size for the workpiece within the 275–300 mm range.
• Optional dial indicator: The gauge frame is designed to be used with a separately purchased dial indicator, which gives the user flexibility to choose the best indicator for their specific application. The gauge is compatible with indicators that have an 8mm stem.
• High precision: It offers high precision with a parallelism of 5 µm or less and an anvil flatness of 1 µm.
• Consistent measuring force: The gauge applies a consistent measuring force of \(15\pm 3\) N, ensuring repeatable results.Built-in clamp: A clamp is included to secure the adjustable anvil at the desired position.
