The Mitutoyo 201-111 Dial Snap Gauge is an analog measuring tool designed for making fast "Go/No-Go" judgements on the outer diameters of cylindrical shafts and parts. It features a metric measuring range of 250 to 275 mm and uses wide, flat carbide anvils for stability and wear resistance.

  • Quick "Go/No-Go" judgement: The gauge is built for rapid inspection of cylinders and shafts, particularly during machining processes.
  • Wide, flat anvils: The anvils are made from durable carbide and are designed to provide stable measurements on workpieces.
  • Chamfered anvils: The front edges of the anvils are chamfered to allow for easier insertion of the workpiece.
  • Adjustable range: The gauge has an adjustment nut that allows you to set the measurement range to the nominal size required within the overall range.
  • Stable indication: The repeatability of the gauge indication is 2 µm or less (excluding the dial indicator's stability).
