The Mitutoyo 201-109 Dial Snap Gauge is an analog tool designed for quickly checking the diameters of cylindrical shafts and parts within a range of 200 to 225 mm. The dial indicator is not included and must be purchased separately.

Key features

  • Quick GO/NG judgment: The gauge is designed for rapid pass/fail inspection of shafts and cylinders during manufacturing.
  • Chamfered anvils: The front edges of the anvils are chamfered, which allows for easy insertion of the workpiece.
  • Wide, flat anvils: The gauge features wide, flat carbide anvils for stable and accurate measurements.
  • Indicator sold separately: You can select a dial indicator that best suits your application needs. Mitutoyo recommends the 2046SB (0.01mm reading) or 2109SB-10 (0.001mm reading).
