The Mitutoyo 201-104 Dial Snap Gauge has a measuring range of 75 to 100 mm and is designed for the rapid go/no-go judgment of the diameters of cylindrical parts in machining processes. The dial indicator is not included and must be purchased separately.

  • Micro-lap finish: The anvils feature a micro-lap finish, ensuring high surface accuracy and a flatness of 1 µm.
  • Precise parallelism: The anvils offer a parallelism of 5 µm or less, ensuring highly consistent measurements.
  • Controlled measuring force: The gauge applies a consistent measuring force of 15 ± 3 N, which helps reduce variations in readings.
