The Mitutoyo 114-113 V-Anvil Micrometer is a precision instrument designed for measuring the outside diameter of cutting tools with three or five flutes. The V-shaped anvil provides three points of contact, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements on parts with an odd number of flutes, which is difficult to do with a standard micrometer.
