The Megger MIT220 is a compact, digital/analogue insulation and continuity tester designed for electrical installations and maintenance. It is built to be robust for use in tough environments.

Key features
  • Dual testing voltages: Performs insulation tests at 250V and 500V.
  • Wide resistance range: Measures insulation resistance up to 999 MΩ.
  • Continuity testing: Offers automatic continuity testing at 200 mA down to 0.01 Ω.
  • Live circuit protection: Automatically detects and warns of live circuits (above 50V) and inhibits testing for safety.
  • Digital/Analogue display: Features a clear digital readout with a patented analogue arc display. The analogue display provides a familiar pointer response to monitor fluctuating readings.
  • Test lead null function: Allows you to compensate for the resistance of the test leads to ensure accurate continuity readings.
  • Automatic functions: Includes auto-ranging, automatic discharge of the circuit after testing, and auto-power-off to save battery life.
  • Power: Operates on standard AA alkaline or rechargeable batteries.
