The Mastech MS6512B is a dual-channel, data logging contact thermometer, known for its industrial applications and compatibility with multiple thermocouple types. An upgrade to the original MS6512 model, the MS6512B includes a USB interface for data transfer to a computer. This feature allows for the storage and analysis of temperature data over time, making it suitable for applications that require comprehensive temperature monitoring.
