  • 3-pole and 4-pole earth resistance: The meter uses the standard fall-of-potential method for highly accurate earth resistance measurements.

  • 2-pole resistance: The MS2306 also supports a two-pole resistance test.
  • Wire resistance compensation (RK): This feature allows the user to compensate for the resistance of test leads, improving the accuracy of the measurement

  • Clamp-on methods: Some advanced versions of the MS2306 series support earth resistance measurements using current clamps, which eliminates the need to break the ground connection.
