The HT Instruments SOLAR02 is a remote unit used for recording solar irradiation, temperature, and tilt angle in photovoltaic (PV) systems. It functions as an accessory that works in sync with a master unit, such as the HT Instruments SOLAR300N or SOLAR I-Ve, to gather environmental data for accurate PV efficiency testing.
