The HT Instruments M71 is an earth resistance meter, not a Hipot tester. While you searched for "M71 HT Instruments HiPot New," the "HiPot" portion is incorrect. The M71 is designed for measuring earth resistance in electrical installations. A Hipot tester and an earth resistance meter perform different functions for electrical safety testing.
