Description

The Hioki 3561 HiTester Battery Internal Resistance Tester is a device used for high-speed, simultaneous measurement of internal resistance and voltage in small secondary batteries. It is designed for production line testing of batteries for use in devices like mobile phones, e-books, and other portable communications devices.
